1. Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us in which department you work.
I joined Tentamus Agriparadigma in July 2016 with the challenge to improve the purchasing process and the sales back office. Improving the purchase process was necessary to have a better overview about supplier agreements, costs and item availability in the laboratory.
The customer service office was established to support to our commercial network and our customers. Now I’m responsible for the purchase and customer service but the growth was only possible with the precious support of Caterina and Francesca – my team.
2. How does your daily workday look like?
The main activity is coordinating the team. Besides that, the collaboration with the other company departments and all daily purchase tasks are also part of my job.
3. Can you remember your first week here? How did you find it at your new workplace?
The first week was hard because I left another company, another business, after 16 years. Change is never easy but after two years of working at Tentamus I feel satisfied and enthusiastic about the choice made.
4. What do you like most about your job?
I like to have goals to reach, talk and get in contact with people.
5. What would you tell potential applicants?
If you are professional, enthusiastic and proactive, you have the chance to contribute to the company’s growth
6. What superpower would make your work more enjoyable?
